Did You Know? The “common sunflower” is anything but common – this versatile flower can grow to heights of 12 feet or more, and is used for food, medicine, birdseed, oils, and more. 

The large, bright flower head of the sunflower is one of the most recognizable in the floral world, and the bloom enjoys broad popularity, either in a standalone bouquet or as a part of a wildflower arrangement.  When arranging late-spring florals, we love to augment sunflowers with fuschia gerberas, orange roses, and yellow lilies – such as in our Morning Sunrise design, above.
