"My mother recently passed away and we went to Billy Heroman's to purchase flowers for her funeral. The compassionate, professional support we received as we made decisions is so appreciated. We were able to describe what we would like for my mom- share her passion with painting and color with Paula. We walked through the cooler and discussed her favorite flowers, and colors and suggested this flower and that. Your designer(s) (not sure who to thank) created a masterpiece that reflected mom's personality~ thankyou. We so appreciate the attention to details that we desired, but did not know how to describe in "florist terms". I just wanted to say thank you for doing such an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding on Saturday...they were stunning!! I fell in love with my bouquet the moment i saw it and got a ridiculous amount of compliments on it. Everyone wanted to know where I got my flowers : ). Wow! You folks nailed this delivery. I placed the order on my lunch break, and someone I care very much about got her flowers that same afternoon. It was a very precarious and stressful situation for her that day, and the delivery showed up at the perfect moment (seriously, about a 15 minute window) to help her through it.
